REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
DECOMMISSION OF COLEY CREEK WWTP
The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide all engineering application development services as well as design, surveying, and inspection services related to the decommissioning of the Coley Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant should federal funding be awarded for the project in Alexander City, Alabama, in accordance with the attached specifications. A full copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and all addendums may be obtained at [https://alexandercityal.gov/rfps]. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in writing to the Alexander City Clerk’s office no later than July 6th, 2026 at 2:00pm CDT. SOQs must be clearly marked with the RFQ number and opening date on the outside of the envelope. Submissions must be mailed or hand delivered to the address below. Statements of Qualifications submitted via fax or email will not be accepted.
